En-route Together is a new, self-contained product that is the sharing of car journeys so that more than one person can travel in a car, and prevents the need for others to drive themselves. Using ET reduces each Person’s travel costs such as: fuel costs, tolls, and the stress of driving. And also keeps the environment safe from pollution. ET is an application to overcome the problem of people going to work. Majority of People in Pakistan drive alone, a big amount of gas and road space is wasted. And we all know how it feels like to stick in traffic in rush hours. So this project will overcome the problem of people going to same destination traveling alone by different modes of transport. One traveling alone to work/ destination can connect to other people on the same destination to give them lift, and save money, gas, traffic on the road. ET is the sharing of car journeys so that more than one person travels in a car, and prevents the need for others to have to drive to a location themselves. By having more people using one vehicle, ET reduces each person's travel costs such as: fuel costs, tolls, and the stress of driving.

Drivers and passengers offer and search for journeys through ET. After finding a match they contact each other to arrange any details for the journeys. Costs, meeting points and other details. They then meet and carry out their shared car journeys as planned.

ET is commonly implemented for commuting. The commuting will be monitored in real time and hence will be safe to have. ET is always arranged for the whole length of a journey. And contribution of amount used on traveling based on the distance that they travel. This gives ET extra flexibility, and enables more people to share journeys and save money with safety.

Project Objectives

The objective of ET is:

• If one wants to fill up car seats can post ride on ET application through the feature of ‘Share a ride’.
• People seeking ride can find ride through ET application feature ‘Find a ride’.
• For any update or notification use the feature ‘Manage Account’. 
• Budget friendly by sharing the travel expense among all the rider in the car.
• It will ultimately reduce the traffic.
• Less traffic will control pollution and carbon emission.
• Saving fuel for our better future.
• Passengers will have relief from the driving stress.
• Reduce the parking congestion.

Project Implementation Method

Enroute Together is a product designed for Jinnah University for women,To solve the transportation problem of students and faculty by sharing ride (vehicle) in terms of driver and passenger. En-route Together is internet dependent application because all the processing, navigation and the usage of application is done through internet , so the internet availability is one of the biggest constraint of the
application because it cannot be used without the internet or in offline mode.
En-route Together is developed on android studio version 3.2 and therefore it is android studio version
dependent .The users should have desired android studio version for the usage of application. If the user
doesn’t have the certain android studio version cannot be able to use the application.
