For the past few year things developed rapidly and many companies convert their manual paperwork into online database for prevention of duplication of data and to gain centralized approach. The project deals with the problems of hiring employees online,easy to manage for HR department and Interview Jury, easy to generate merit lists. Identification of the drawbacks of existing system leads to designing of computerized system that will be compatible to the existing system with the system which is more user friendly and more GUI oriented. Efficiency of the system will improve and thus overcome the drawbacks of the existing system. Online Employees Management System or is related to make the automation of managing applicants. System admin can easily add applicant against vacant post through form. Interviewers can see the list of applicants against every vacant post in their dashboard, they can easily add marks of every applicant. When all interviewers added marks of all applicants against any vacant post, Admin have accessibility to generate a merit list for that post. his project is reducing the expenses of monthly salaries of hiring employees etc. This project Intends to computerizethe selection process of employees. System aims to accelerate the process. This system used to access by different PC’s or Laptops of Interviewers and Admin at a time. The proposed system will be a web-based application whose main language of programming will be PHP. Its main aim is to simplify and improve the efficiency of the hiring process for both HR and Interviewers, minimize manual data entry and ensure data accuracy and security. Admin will also able to monitor hiring process and generate merit lists. Admin can alsoable to add, update and remove applicants and interviewers. It also has anInterviewerDashboard for the applicant’s marks. All the data generated is stored in the server and based upon the same future decisions are taken.To provide better interactivity with this web application, the interface is user friendly. The system reduces the time in dealing with the Administration and Interviewers management. Lesser staff is required to handle this computerized system. This system is more flexible. It stores all the information about applicants, vacant posts, and interviewers in database. The system provides better ways to handle HR operations.

The objective of the project is to automate the current manual system of the HR. This includes activities:

• Reduce time to generate Merit Lists by sorting out data manually

• To ensure correctness in the marks
• Eliminate paperwork and increase level of accuracy

Systems development is the process of defining, designing, testing, and implementing a new software application or program. It could include the internal development of customized systems, the creation of database systems, or the acquisition of third party developed software. Written standards and procedures must guide all information systems processing functions. The organization’s management must define and implement standards and adopt an appropriate system development life cycle methodology governing the process of developing, acquiring, implementing, and maintaining computerized information systems and related technology.
4.2 Tools / Language Selection
Selection of tools to implement the proposed system is very critical aspect of the project. The selection of the tools only depends on the understanding of the system. To select tools many factors, make an important role such as which tool to use for efficient development of project. Other factors may also be considered e.g., reliability, functionality, flexibility, usability, security, performance, and economy.
Implementation of a software product requires various software development kits (or frameworks) such as programming tools, build system and source code repository. Utilizing the right tools will significantly improve the development efficiency, performance, and software quality.
This project is purely web based. Given that this project is set to develop a web application, it involves both the server side and client side of development. Client-side development mainly involves constructing UI’s (mainly written in HTML5 and CSS4) for the web browser. Server-side development mainly uses PHP7, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Thus, it needs a web development framework that could bridge the gap and the mismatch between the two programming environments: client-& server-side. This is particularly important for the order notification between chef and customer to ensure that the order requests are handled in a timely manner. Network connection either local or global is also required. The tools that are used for the site are of two types:
- Hardware Tools
- Software Tools
I have developed a system for Online Employees Management System, it is designed in such a way as it minimizes the documentation and no duplication of records. Through this project, paperwork is reduced.
The main aim of developing this system, is to make hiring completely computerized with increased efficiency and HR satisfaction.
