The Emp Track System is a system which consists of Android Applications which are intended for the customer and the client. Our project will facilitate the Client and the Manager which will keep an eye on the Employee remotely. At the moment no such system is present in the market and the complaint processing time is minimum of 1 day and with no assurance that the work will be done on time. But our project changes it all the complaint processing will be reduced greatly and with assurance it’ll be done on time and all this will be available for the manager to see.

Project Objectives

The main Objective is to increase the performance of all the stake holders and enable the user and the manager to keep an eye on the employee whether he is working the compliant on time or not.

Project Implementation Method

The proposed project will be a system, basically a web end along with mobile application platform to manage, track and enhance worker’s performance specially working in remote environment. It is difficult to track an employee who is working remotely, Emp Track will track the employee and the end-user will know where exactly the employee is at the moment and in how much time his complain will be entertained meanwhile manager will know what his employee is doing, where he is, is he working or not.

The web end of the system will be platform for the manager to track the real time behavior of the employee at work and to check the current state of the complaint. While the mobile app will allow the end-users to transfer the complaint to the nearest working employee and to locate the employee in a user friendly way. There will be one app for employee and for end-user, the end-user will register it’s complain and the employee closest to it will get push notification. Google maps will be used too for tracking the employee, end-users will the employee and the client.

Benefits of the Project

Tracking and keeping an eye on employee’s performance has always been the problem in most of the businesses out there i.e. after filing a complaint in PTCL (Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited), FILER will never be able to know when will the LINEMAN take notice of its request. On the same hand, MANAGER at PTCL end will never know on which complaint lineman has worked or is working on. Sometimes it takes a day for the complaint to get solved and sometimes it takes up to 3,4 working days and with COVID’19 at hand most of the people are working from home and have to attend online meetings similarly the students have to attend the online classes due to which the issues in the internet connections have to be solved quickly otherwise it’ll lead to them missing important lectures and meetings.

EMP Track will enable both FILER and MANAGER to track the behavior of LINEMAN on work and will be able to keep an eye on their tasks. EMP track will solve real world common problem by providing an easy way to track worker’s performance on both end.
