As the technology is taking over the world gradually and things which used to be done physically are now transformed digitally for good. In ease printing, the owner (shopkeeper) has to login by putting his/her credentials and can see how many orders have been placed by the customer. This all data will be maintained every time the order has been placed. The customer needs to login as like shopkeeper by putting his/her valid credentials and then he/she can place order. 75% of profit will be made for the shopkeepers and 25% will be for the Ease printing website owner. With use of this website, people won’t need to walk around the printing shops and getting the different ideas for the printing of cards from the every shop since it’s quite time consuming. 

People usually stay busy with their work and it becomes quite hard to find the good printing shop near to their house and when person want to print something such as document, Student work related to study, wedding card, poster, business card, letter, Menu for shop and etc. so sometimes there happens to be rush and he have to wait in line on order to print the document. And also it happens that person in different location he wants to print an important document but he don’t know the shops around him and his important work can’t be proceed further. So to solve all these problem we have introduced Ease Printing System where user will find the nearest shop around him and he can see each shops product then user will order the selected product and payment will be done by Easy paisa, jazz Cash, credit card, or hand cash when product delivered. The product will be delivered by rider or shopkeeper near him.

Project Objectives

People will be able to easily get their printing orders done in an efficient way via just visiting the website and placing their order of any category for instance, Invitation Cards, Business Cards, Posters, Booklets, Envelopes, Brochures etc. People will get:

• Good design of wedding cards ? Good design of flyers/brochures’ 
• Fashionable shopping bags
• Save Customer time and effort
• Manage payment details
• To make Customer work Faster
• To make A good plateform for shopkeepers to enhance their business of printing

Project Implementation Method

• Requirements gathering.
• SRS will be created for the easeprinting
• Plan will be executed
• Front end development start with coding
• Changes will be made as per required
• Start with HTML CSS JS
• After the Front end we will start with database and back end PHP
• Testing phase will be started once the back end and front end are completed

• The convenience of ordering at home.
• In unknown location customer can easily get doen with his work.
• Customer don't have to go to the printing shop  and take it's document, a rider will deliver the docs but with some charges
• Shopkeepers will earn more than before.
• Find multiple shops at one place and order your desired document
• For big organizations such as university, college, school or any for event a large amount of copies and papers will be provided.
• No need to stand in line and make effor
• Female can easily print it's document at night without any inconvenience.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Our project will be started with frontend which includes HTML CSS JS. Information of each shop in the area will be collected and area vise it will be categorized like Shar e Faisal, saddar, Gul Shan e Iqbal etc...multiple area in Karachi city will be added and in that particular area many shops information and products will be added

Customer login and sign up page will be done.

Shopkeepers login and signin page will be created
