It fulfills the necessities of students and department in-charge to easily manage data of notice and other feedbacks. The existing pattern of writing/printing the notice and displaying notice on noticeboard is very out-dated and hard to manage. It is an online notice board maker where a group of people can easily interconnect with each other by sticking virtual notes.
The notification board has consistently been where staff/students accumulate to get their most recent arrival of corporate news. e-Notice App brings the notice board to a virtual location where staff/students can not only read notices, but instantly react and reply to them – from their own counters! With this electronic notification and announcement system, notification may be sent out informing staff that another notice has been posted, where staff may know whether it concerns him directly.
The main purpose of the proposed e-Notice App is to make a simple and easy to use android based centralized user interface and a well-defined database-centric schema for storing, retrieving, and managing notices form objects of students. This system will also permit the user (student) to see the notice of examination details, fees details, online results, and events details etc. If the proposed system of ‘e-Notice App’ is successfully implemented then it will build proficiency of data, less time consuming, saving the paper work of printing and allow easy database management, data retrieval and data manipulation of user.
This Project also includes Digital Display of the notices on the LED Screens because it is an application achieved by smart phones or tablets or Android based LED etc.
Project ObjectivesThe proposed system’s targets are to overcome all the limitations and drawbacks of the current system. The online e-Notice application is easy to use android application. The main goal of the application is its simplicity of design and ease of implementation that shows and helps to collect most of the information about occasions going on in department premises. The interface will be very user-friendly.
The core objectives of the proposed system can be numbered as follows:
- Quicker scattering of notifications regarding education, technical events, cultural events.
- Any lost/found going out in department.
- Simple approach to communicate your message.
- Helps you to be updated with what’s happening in Department.
- Good approach to advertise about Courses.
- User can also follow a group notice board.
- To develop a dynamic notice structure/model.
we will use agile development methodology to minimize risk (such as bugs, cost overruns, and changing requirements) when adding new functionality. In agile methods, we develop the software in iterations that contain min-increments of the new functionality.

- It can reduce physical effort of printing and distributing paper-based notices.
- Giving the facility to convey messages to all students anytime and anywhere.
- Making students updated about all the events and activities going on in the department.
- And because we are also using LED Screen to displaying the notice, it can spread notice among more people.
- The least however most significant it saves time.
- Utilizing less man power. As there are numerous persons engaged in circulating the message. With this application, just a single individual is required to post the notice. Rest of the man power is saved in the entire process.
