E-Letter Box is a automated Electric Letter box. Actually it’s a replacement of local Letter box in which we use android application to control everything in Letter box like auto lock and unlock system, auto LED blub to light up, also would be a website to advertise this project or briefings about the project.
Actually the main problem is in our society there is no use of Letter box, when a Letter come from bank or electric city bill the provider through it under or upper from door it is not a good think actually it is not a good manner to receive a Letter from company. So we want to change this system in our society.
Even you are not at your home you would get a notification through a mobile application that you got some letters in your Letter box so when you come back you can see your Letter. In this way we want to overcome this problem.

Some time you forget to take Letter from your box this will provide a reminder to take your Letter from your Letter box, some time you are not available at your home at even area but you know a company will send you a Letter but you will defiantly have fear about your Letter because no when will be there for your Letter, so from this project you would have no fear about your Letter.
The project plan is to collect all the hardware from market and then start studying about the Arduino projects in which lock method have to be study or attached with android application with Arduino project so you can easy access your electronic letter box from anywhere through internet moreover we use GSM module to notify honor with a message so we have to study GSM module as well.
We will categorize this project in our team member like hafiz Muhammad zubair will do this GSM module, Hamza latif read Arduino projects, mubashir learn how to attached IOT with android, Kamran javed learn how to make Arduino android application and after that we will work on the project based web application.
In this way we all do participate on this IOT plus android project.
This is very short briefing about the project implementation may be by the change of time some implementation method would be change may be some more component would be adding. basically it is rough idea to implementation when we implement in real then the this would be clear.
Our competitors are Pakistan Post Box this is the only one company that is working and exist in Pakistan but in this company there is no good management system for posting Letter, when you send a letter to other city there is no surety for Letter would go to the right address on time
Behalf of this we would do this project so everyone can easily send their Letter to the right address for sure

In this project our basic modules are Arduino, jumper wires, led blub, mobile application so that you can access from anywhere through your mobile, you can lock your letter box from mobile application also unlock it from your mobile turn on letter box LED blub to check what is in your letter box you can turn off it, you would get a notification when someone putt letter in your letter box through internet or as well as message on sim network in which we use GSM module Sensing circuit sensing circuit is a comparator circuit build by using ic. Output of comparator is directly connected to the digital pin number
Accessing the everything from mobile like lock or unlock, notification, location, notify sms, camera to check in the letter box, these are all included features that will be implement in the project moreover access form web site to reach in letter box, voice alert, security alert, voice control, voice recognition etc. these are the excluded features.
Basically it is a hardware based project like internet of things project in which both hardware or software would be use in this purpose we will definitely make sure about the security. No one can access without your permission.
The hardware would be use in this project is Arduino, LED blub, GSM, Sensors, RTC Circuit, cell phone, battery/electricity and the language would be C++, visual studio or arduous software
