We have proposed the portal of “E-Law Enforcement System”, the portal can handle data of criminals who are under the judicial surveillance or under trial. This portal will be most useful for defence for searching of descriptions of crimes. Anyone can report a crime online. We can also manage the cases, complaints, crime reports, CTD and appointment of the prisoners with their relatives and lawyer details.  

Project Objectives

• When a crime is reported from a specific location, a survey will be generated for all the person in a specific range to validate that crime. 3, 5 or 7 people can take part in this survey to validate the reported crime. Once validated, a notification to all the other people of surrounding will be generated.
• Same validation will be applied for the CTD as well.
• Within 5KM, you need to send the alerts to every concerned person.

This alert can be in the form of SMS, email or Notification, which will be generated upon the validation of specific actions.

• There will be prisoner’s record along with their 2 closed relatives and a lawyer details. The system will create an account for those people, and they can create an appointment using that account.
• The main purpose of this system is to overcome manual errors and make a computerized system.

Project Implementation Method

in this system the user first login the website and can visit the home page.the home page consist of different modules Crime-Reporting,CTD,Prisoner's Information ,contact-Us ,feedback.

if the user see any crime occur e.g street crime,murder,robbery etc the user 1st login in this websit and can select the crime report module and report the crime.in this page the user give the details about the crime i.e crime type ,city ,area ,location through google map ,no. of witnesses and the press the submit button. the report is submit and recived by the admin ,the admin proceed the athuentication about the report .a survey will be generated for all the person in a specific range to validate that crime. 3, 5 or 7 people can take part in this survey to validate the reported crime. Once validated, a alert to all the other people of surrounding will be generated through email ,SMS.

The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) named as Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) Creation of Counter Terrorism Force (CTF) within CTD. the user enter in the CTD page and report about the terrorism. the CTD page contains the following features i.e place of the terrorism , terrorist name, reason of terrorism,types of terrorism ,location through google map , Area ,city and press the submit button. the report is submit and recived by the admin ,the admin proceed the athuentication about the report .a survey will be generated for all the person in a specific range to validate that crime. 3, 5 or 7 people can take part in this survey to validate the reported crime. Once validated, a alert to all the other people of surrounding will be generated through email ,SMS.

Another module is the  prisinore's module. this module contain the followin features : prisoner's name ,crime-type ,crime-date,punishment years,prisoners hearing date in court,details of 2 closed relatives ,lawyer detail,lawyer name,lawyer fees. The system will create an account for those people, and they can create an appointment using that account.

Benefits of the Project

• The normal public in Pakistan is afraid to lodge a complaint because they are filled with a false fear about the police department that's why we build this system so that anyone can report a crime online.
• The data duplication also occur in the manual based system.
• This system saves the human efforts and time
• manual based system the all data is stored in the dump files ,no proper backup storage is present ,so that data retrieval is difficult in case of the file will lost.
• Data searching is difficult in the manual based system so that we convert this system in online system.
