On-lineExam System is very useful for Educational Institute to prepare an exam, safe the time that will take to check the paper and prepare mark sheets. It will help the Institute to testingof students and develop their skills. But the disadvantages for this system, it takes a lot of times when you prepare the exam at the first time for usage. And we are needs number of computers with the same number of students.The effective use of "On-line Exam System", any Educational Institute or training centers can be use it to develop their strategy for putting the exams, and for getting better results in less time

Corporate between the data stored in the server of the Institution and our On-line Exam system. To deal with On-line System in an easy way and an efficient mannered.(connection process)?Create strong and secrete data base that allow for any connection in a secret way, to prevent any outside or inside attacks.?Specify a privilege for each person to allow each person use this system to create his own exam. And have a complete control on his exam.?Allow each person to create more than one exam with different way to create variant questions

2221) 2. Database Mamgement System (DBMS): MySQL version 5.0.51b and
version 5.1.0
3. Server: Wamp Server Version 2.0 and 2.1.4
4. Browser Selection: Vivaldi 1.0.118.19 (Developer Build), Mozilla Firefox
and Chrome Version 420.2311.90m selected DB
5.2 Solution Implementation As mentioned the above software tools were used to provide an effective
solution to building an online examination system. The stated modules provided an easy way to handle job allocation and task sharing, the only impediment met was having to join the set of individual modules to build a unified system with interleaving functionality and coherent database files. The process involved having to merge all the three set of database files into a common file and compiling the system functionality into a given class tiles where all the created functions are combined into a single class file and all the function calls are carried out by the set functions.
The database for the system was build using the MySQL console and part of
the editing was done using phpMyadmin browser interface. 5.3 Problems Encountered and Solutions Attempted
The major problem met in the implementation phase is that of merging
modules and making them share information in a corneet kogical manner that
provides an actual correct conceptual view of the database system and
different table interaction.
Given the above problem the solution implemented involved reducing the sia
of the prior bgical solution to the problem and thus eliminating possible
causes of data inconsistencies.
Benefits
Exam candidates can work on a computer in a way they are familiar with, rather than using pen and paper. This means that the student learning process is at a disadvantage if they do not have access to computer editing tools when writing e.g. cut and pasting text, or using a spreadsheet for accounts. It is hard to switch to pen and paper when you are used to working digitally with an online course, and it can be very tiring over long periods.

SW designer gives the SRS document and start to design the diagrams and models that helps theprogrammer to implement the project. Then delivers the draft design document to Project Administrator.6.
The two programmers take a partition of the project to start an implementation.7.
Throw the implementation the inner tester make validate the system and delivers his report toProject Administrator8.
After finish the project and throw the implementation phase the outside tester validate the systemand write his document then deliver to Project Administrator.9.
The final report is ready now
