Project Area of Specialization Artificial IntelligenceProject SummaryThe project of DysPal will be designed for children who have a learning disability. It will focus on building the best possible learning experience for children of all ages. The project is based on web and mobile application that has the vision to provide a solution for learning disability. It will emphasis on three main learning disabilities of dyscalculia, dysgraphia, and dysphasia and will be based on two languages Urdu and English. DysPal will have lesson plans and curriculum design under the supervision of well-known speech therapists and teachers. It will consist of two-parts, first is learning and second is testing. In learning, they will be taught alphabets, number and Huraf-e-Tehji, tracing with voice, up and down / left and right concept, spelling, oral skills, reading, simple arithmetic operations, counting/forward and backward/inward counting, shapes time telling and so on. Then in testing, their skills will be examined through 2D and 3D games. After testing, the report will be generated to help to monitor and manage student's progress. The project will also instruct the basic communication and behavioral manner through 2D and 3D stories and provides interactive and playful games to improve learning disabilities.

- To provide a conducive learning environment for students with special educational needs so as to facilitate their education, help them develop their potential to the full, enhance their independence and enable them to become well-adjusted individuals in the community.
- To encourage parental involvement and understanding of special education programs.
- To provide an assistance for the children with learning disabilities such as dysgraphia, dyscalculia and language processing disorder and gives the easiest way to solve the learning disabilities issues.
- To develop children’s sense of responsibility for their own learning and behavior.
- To support and act as a resource for classroom teachers working with students with special needs.
- To reach the maximum level of effectiveness in school subjects
By providing simple navigation and interactive environment in website and mobile app, students will be able to use the software program and get started immediately learning to develop their skills and increase academic performance. Also touch panels in classrooms will help students to interact with the application.

- This software will cover all aspects of elementary-level math from the basics of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to simple algebra problems and to learn math’s problems well.
- Children can learn and practice their skills through attention-grabbing games.
- Interactive pages will helpful to remove frustration level of these children from tough math problems, difficult spellings and graphing like tracing, drawing and color recognition.
- Short 3D story based videos will guide children about important behavioral issues.
- Through this software, teacher and parents can track the performance of their child.
DysPal is a software designed for disabled children. To solve the learning issues of these children, Dyspal will provide a web-based learning solutions that allow educational services taking into account the interests of students and educational organizations. Website will be developed using HTML5, CSS3, BOOTSTRAP 4, JavaScript, JQuery and PHP whereas Mobile app will be developed on Android Studio. Both website and android app will include games, quizzes, lessons, drawings and many more features that will be developed using Unity 3D, C# and Flash. Also there will be stories that will be creating through flash, Blender for 3D characterand Maya and Filmora. Touch panels will use to create interactive environment in classes as children with learning disabilities have issues of interactivity.
