Project Summary

We have decided to design a micro-controller based hand sanitization machine which generates fog for hygiene of our hands. Our fog machine will save 95% of water. By the help of this mechanism we reduce our water losses. Our machine would be affordable, easy to use, cost efficent and user friendly.

Our aim is to sanitize the hands with human comfort and to save water.

Project Implementation Method

We used arduino nano micro-controller to accomplish the task. We used ultrasonic sensor for physical detection of human hands. For display we attached 16X2 LCD. If you want to change time slots we need push type buttons for different time intervals. To create a mist , we used Donut type mist maker sensor having operating frequency (1.5MHz to 1.7MHz).We mix sanitizer in water. When an input receives from any physical interruption, the ultrasonic sensor operates and sends signal to micro-controller and energize the mist maker and creates fog thourgh water.
