Busy lifestyle is a problem too. A busy and cohesive Neighborhood and constant flow of people can be tiring to look after.it is necessary to know the movement at the door to be informed of the situation One can stay at home for security or Go out for work but can’t do that at the same time.
One Possible and easy solution is to install a door bell with camera. That can keep an eye on every movement done as well as inform the user. The most recent and the most trending techniques used for these purposes is face detection. That demonstrates the fact that computers have reached the point where face detection can be done easily and accurately the various techniques are available such as entry controlled security, door intercoms, etc. The main technical aspect of face detection security is the image capture by camera as like human eye. This makes it easier to determine the situation person time of movement made at your door step.
Hence a system that allows user to keep an eye for security and run other errands. This thought can no longer be a myth. A this system will provide a complete surveillance and control to the user of the Door.
Project Objectives1.The main objective of this project is to study the usage and implementation of facial recognition technology
2. to design an interface as a secondary option for user to interact with when the lock fails to operate.
3.to develop the home security monitoring system that utilized for security and surveillance system.

Project Implementation Method- The system detects face of the person who comes and pushes the button.
- Camera activates and detect the face of person
- The system then takes the picture of the person standing in front of camera and check the database for authentication if person is recognized it will allows the person to enter and data will be added to log.
- In case of failure of face authentication an alerting email and notification will be sent to registered user.
- Member of the family will have an app to remotely access the lock through the android app.

The system can useful in farm allowing animals to get in and out of the farm making it easier for farmers to look after animals while being away for other works, Offices can also be secured with the application this system.
