We are working for "Synergy 4.0". This project is a contribution to the transition of the textile industry towards Industry 4.0 which will digitize all processes involved in the manufacturing of the denim products. We are developing ERP (Enterprise Resouce Planning) to reduce the paperwork and will link our database which will work as real-time input to ERP.
Our main focus is to digitize the QA/QC process of the Taiga Apparel Industry to make it more systematic, and profitable and to achieve transparency.
Our project's main goal is to digitally transform the denim production processes. We will provide complete software (ERP) that will monitor and track denim’s cost, wastage, output, and resource (man material and machine) utilization which will minimize the paperwork or old Excel sheet.
TOOLS:
We hope to achieve the attainable milestones to reach the desired level of transparency using the tools mentioned above and more. We intend to transform the enormous amount of data in a system. For this, we’ll design a database to organize the complete reports of every process involved in the making of the denim product. The reports and data attached will be transferred into a database form to reduce the redundancy and to make the data uniform to make it appropriate for data analytics. This data will be analyzed to extract the valuable information that will generate a competent report for the administration as well as the employees of the industry. This lets them observe any hindrance or issue which will finally help them to resolve without any further delay or manual interaction by notifying the concerned authority in case of any halt.
