Digi-health allows health organizations to streamline many of their processes and provide services more efficiently and cost-effectively. Digi-Health is a network connecting healthcare professionals nationwide. It connects all of the regional health care professionals to create a centralized environment. It provides the functionality of managing all the records of patients and doctors all together in one place. Doctors can keep track of their patients. Doctors can also affiliate themselves to a particular organization and can manage their patients and appointments digitally. A patient here is the most important user, Digi-health will manage a patient’s report and health history online. A patient can easily search for a doctor and book an appointment online. An appointment can be made for a physical checkup or digitally through video call or voice call. The proposed system can help people in critical situations like covid-19 or any pandemic-like situation, especially one in enforcing lock-downs, patients and doctors were able to contact and have appointments virtually and remotely. Digi-health will simplify how patients view and manage their health.

A healthcare system attempts to establish an atmosphere in which the greatest available medical treatment is delivered to the whole population as well as visitors, with minimal inconvenience and prejudice. Health companies may use Digi-health to streamline many of their practices and deliver treatments more efficiently and affordably. Digi-Health is a countrywide network that connects healthcare professionals. It creates a centralized environment by connecting all regional health care specialists. It has the capability of storing and managing all patient and doctor records in one location. Doctors have the ability to maintain track of their patients. Doctors can also join a certain organization and use technology to handle their patients and appointments. The most essential user is the patient, and Digi-health will handle the patient's report and health history online. A patient may quickly find a doctor and schedule an appointment over the internet. An appointment for a physical examination can be made over the phone, through video conference, or via voice call. Patients and physicians were able to contact and have appointments digitally and remotely in urgent scenarios such as covid-19 or any pandemic-like event, especially one in enforcing lock-downs. Digi-health will make it easier for people to understand and manage their health.
Project Implementation MethodThis project will have modules for types of users, administrator, hospital, staff, doctor, and patient. The administrator will be responsible for the overall scope of the system and will look after the day-to-day management of the system. For hospitals, their staff, doctors, and patients there will be a separate module for each.
Technology used:The project will be created using react Laravel/nodeJS for the backend and vue.js/react js for the frontend. Furthermore, we will be using 3rd party applications like Twilio for calls and SMS, mailing engines, and other libraries as per the requirements.
Methodology:-The project will follow an MVC architecture which will follow an API-based approach so it can later be converted to microservice architecture. MVC is regarded as an architectural pattern, which embodies three sections Model, View, and Controller, or to be more explicit it splits the application into three logical parts: the model part, the view, and the controller. It was used for desktop graphical user interfaces but presently is used in creating mobile apps and web apps.
The Model will be connected to the database and it will respond to the controller queries because the controller never communicates to the database by itself. The model talks to the database back and forth and then it gives the needed data to the controller
The View will have all the files related to the user interface. Views are built by the data which is collected by the model component but these data aren’t accepted directly but through the controller, therefore the view only communicates to the controller.
The controller is the essential component that permits the link between the views and the model therefore it works as an intermediate. It contains all the business logic in it

All Doctors registered to the Digi-health portal will have a rating, comments, and feedback sections which will be from their patients

The doctor: A doctor can register itself to the portal. They have to list their field, specialties, and services. Once a doctor is registered, it is required for him to associate with single or multiple clinics and hospitals. A doctor can do two things either he is invited by the hospital then the doctor will get an email invitation that you have been invited to come to join the hospital because you work as an employee with this hospital and it will digitally create your account here is a link or a doctor can create register himself and then he can send the requests to all the hospitals and clinics that he's been working with that I am your employer kindly please verify me and link me with yourself once the doctor is linked to the hospital the doctor can then add his specialties and services to that hospital. Then a doctor can manage its time slots, like at what day and time I am available or at what time the doctor starts with the hospital. The doctor can easily manage its schedule and time slots for appointments if anyone wants to book an appointment with the doctor either physically or online. If a doctor is associated with multiple organizations then there will be a separate schedule linked to each organization and a collective schedule for the doctor.

The patient: A patient is facilitated by having its medical reports digitally and all in one place. With every interaction of the patient with the hospital, the portal keeps updating the patient’s medical history. A patient can book online appointments, pay online, have a centralized history of visits to doctors, have a history of appointments, have a history of prescriptions from doctors. A patient can search for a specialized doctor and can view that from which hospital they belong and what are their hours. The patient can share their reports with other doctors and organizations with their confirmation.
A patient can make an appointment with a doctor either in physical or virtual mode. An appointment can be made through the doctor’s portal from which a patient can acquire the hospital help desk contact so they can either book an appointment through a phone call or online through this portal but its confirmation will depend upon the doctor’s availability. For a physical appointment, a patient has to physically be present at the hospital. For a remote appointment, a patient has a choice to opt for either a video call or voice call, according to their need. A doctor can also approach a patient to make an appointment, it can be for any reason like to consult a patient for a monthly check-up. Both doctor and patient can cancel or move up the appointment date or time.
Report sharing module
All the reports generated from registered hospitals are added to the patient profiles and no hospital can access the reports from different organizations.
