Project Summary:

We want to create a platform at the world’s largest outdoor/indoor laundry in which we can provide services as third party by introducing our website to them. Using which they can sign up as a customer (whose laundry is available to clean, dry and iron etc.), as a service provider (who provides all services related to laundry) or as a pick and drop agent.

Laundry could be of an individual person residing in a flat or hostel, whole family residing in a proper house, Hospitals, Event Halls, Marriage Halls and Hotels etc.

Customer

Customer can sign up on our website, then choose his favorite laundry service provider and book his order according to his laundry and requirements of services (like washing, dry cleaning, iron etc.)

Service Provider

Service provider can sign up on our website and then mention all types of services which he can provide on his account. The service provider can be a professional person who works from a proper platform like a shop or a person who wants to work from home. Service providers can confirm their online services and orders on their accounts.

Pick & Drop Agent

People who have any type of vehicle or transport and want to do a full-time/part-time work, can sign up on our website as a Pick & Drop Agent. When a customer orders his laundry to the service provider the nearest Pick & Drop Agents will be notified of the available orders. The agent can confirm that order and carry customer’s laundry to that specific service provider. When service provider completes his order, the Pick & Drop Agent will deliver the laundry to the customer.

- To provide customers with the facility of Pick & Drop of their Laundry Services at their doorstep.
- To create a panel to provide the users with the facility to manage, place, update or cancel orders.
- Manage the contact & connection between Customers, Service Providers and Pick & Drop agents.
- To create a Complaint System and manage complaints of every user of our website (i.e. Customer, Service Provider and Pick & Drop Agent).
- To monitor and control the flow of payments between all users (i.e. Customer, Service Provider and Pick & Drop Agent).

Dhobi Ghat allows users to get their clothes ready in the go. Users can place order for washing clothes, they just need to select the items which they want to wash and then place the order and let Dhobi Ghat to manage all other stuff from picking up clothes, washing, ironing to deliver back the ready clothes at your door step.
