Project Area of Specialization Electrical/Electronic EngineeringProject SummaryIn recent years, the usage of drones has increased manifolds this increased usage of drones means more security breaches. We will design a system to halt the working of unwanted drones by using real-time directional measurements of the drone’s electromagnetic emissions. The system will consist of RF Jammers and GPS spoofers to halt the working of a drone in our premises. The RF jammer will jam the remote-control signal and the GPS spoofer will help in taking the drone to a location specified by us. RF Jammer will work at two frequencies of 433 MHz and 2400 MHz. We will send a noisy signal to the device in these frequency ranges that will disrupt the actual control signal from the remote controller. In GPS Spoofer we will use an SDR platform that will replicate the signal of GPS and send fake coordinate locations to the drone this will further stop the drone from going back to its user.
