- Drawing / cutting different shapes with the help of CNC machine which will help us to design projects for automation by creating some more critical and customized shapes.
- Controlling the positioning of stepper motor.
- using micro stepper drive control high voltage stepper motor
In this project we Design 2-D CNC machine for drawing/cutting.
Graphic design we draw a figure or any shape in PC based sotware send vectors form then X-Y coordinates , Send to PLC (we make a program using ladder language on software of PLC S7-200 cpu 224 step 7 micro WIN ) PLC send pulses to Micro stepper drive and then Send Steps to Stepper Motor.X-Y coordinates give to PLC convert into pulses from PLC (PTO) for controlling stepper motor.
