Design and implementation of IoT based industrial monitoring and control system using LabVIEW
Under the title of "The design and implementation of IoT based industrial monitoring and control system using LabVIEW" a smart industrial automated system has been developed to monitor and automatically control the system. It can perform activities that were either impossible to observe or were being performed manually by human beings for decades. The system is based on the LabVIEW software and play supervisory role in the industry. It uses the power of sensors and smart programmable boards with the aid of real-time analytics which is not only excessively exceptional than human beings, but they are also superior at communicating essential information that can be very useful in driving a business more effectively and accurately.
The system can measure the voltage level, humidity level, multiple types of temperatures, gas density, liquid level, counting of products, lighting, and fire and burglar alarm and also have IR sensors to ensure the security in classified sites.
Moreover, the system is based on wireless communication that allow user to monitor these parameters remotely. Under this title we have to implement the hardware framework and then its intigrated with software like LabVIEW. LabVIEW is systems engineering software for applications that require test, measurement, and control with rapid access to hardware and data insights Both hardware and the software have been discussed in detail along with the approaches used.
Our experiments and test trails for the system have successfully given positive results and we can implement our system easily in any industrial setup or similar environment. Smart material sensing solutions bring many benefits to Smart Industry by optimizing industrial processes and better possibilities for quality control.
