The aim is to produce high voltage impulse using Marx circuit topology. So, firstly the circuit for single exponential waveform will be analyzed and mathematical model or mathematical relation will be developed. Then the circuit to generate double exponential waveform that actually resembles with lightening impulse will developed and finally the mathematical model for ten stages impulse generator will be obtained from these analysis.
Implementation of DC power supply with DC motor. The DC motor which we use for the main spark gap triggering. The speed of this dc motor is 12 RPM. its means that motor will provide 12 pulses in one minute.
after this we use ZVS driver which provde pulsating dc to the flyback transformer.the output of this fluback trasnformer is 7.5kv.
