Project Area of Specialization Information & Communication TechnologyProject Summarythe purpose of our project is that we are interfacing camera with a microprocessor , we use processor e.g mersion board , bidgen board , rassberrypi. After interfascing the camera with microprocessor by doing opencv programming we will detect the color the color by using camera. As we detect the color we will make algorithm. By Using condition statement of that algorithm we will manage to sort out the data where we have to refine them. After knowing the analog value now we will use the conditioning statement according to data and we switch the output relay to switch onn the actuator then it will drop the the amount of colors in the bucket. By using sensor we get to know that how much color is in the bucket.
Project ObjectivesTill now in Textile industries there is not much innovation in the perspective of cost, Companies are using expensive solutions and less innovative logic.We will provide the simple solution by implementing automatic system of dying , In the system of dying we are detecting the color after detecting color we will mix that color automatically to produce final color, In tis we get to know the exact values of colors that how much have been detecting from the object.
Project Implementation MethodFirst of all we will buy a camera which will support com pot. To show the image we will use rasberrypi , In rasberrypi we will use operating system , For operating system we will have the SD card , In SD card we will burn the operating system that means we are using rasbian operating system. Now we wiil code it by python then we will open the image and write the algorithm. After writing algorithm we will sort. then final will reesult will come , As we start to knnow that our camera is detecting colors correctly , what color is given in the input according to that we will get to know R ,G ,B that how much of percentage is in the input. Now we will initiate that color in the actuators. let suppose our color's intensity is between of 0 to 255 and my bucket scaling is 0 to 100 litre now we will break it by scale 0 to 255 into 0 to 100 , then the value we will get by using linear equation ( y = mx + c) . it will multply factor and give us the value. it will help us scale down the RGB 0 to 255 into 0 to 100 , by doing this we wll get value of RGB in the range of 0 to 100 and give us a number , and timer will turn on , timer will stop on the number that we got from linear equation.then finally the color will be dropped into the bucket and mixed , and we get final color,
Benefits of the ProjectThe current ituation of industries are very complicated aand tough , they have to check color again and again for accuracy , they have to be very critical about the percentage of the color and Sometimes colors percentage decreases and inceases so it is also tough to maintain colors percentage. If the we they dont get the desire percentage okf the color then it will ruin the garment and dont produce desire product beacuse of color's percentage unaccuracy.So looking at these factors we are here to design the project that is human machine interface , easily available and easy to use , User friendly. With the help of machines we are going to make it efficient and in the the future we will also work on different varients and make it more inhance.
Technical Details of Final Deliverablewe will use IP camera or com pot camera USB ype camera , Rasberry pi , RP2040 , Arduino , Project Board. If we have to convert digital to analog in rasberry pi we have to use sensor (ADS1115) 16 bit. We will also use pneaumaic valves or solenoid valve , for the hardware we have to use relays or MOSFET to use switch the valves , it has also power supply , it has the PCB concept.
