Windsocks are used to tell wind speed and the direction of the wind speed itself. Windsocks typically are used at airports to indicate the direction and strength of the wind to pilots. Students will fabricate wind sock which will be used in aerodromes. Students will also embed electronic system which will convert mechanical output changes in digital display including the display of humidity, wind speed, wind direction.

Implementation off this project is at those areas where you have to know about wind speed like most important is airports, other than this industrial areas

we did a survey at walton airpot and they asked if you will complete your project properlly we will give you a chance to implement you project at airport for facilitate them.

Benefits of the Project

The need of this project is most important at airports where you have to know the wind speed during takeoff and landings so the digital display of windspeed is easily show to the ATC and the pilots as well

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

we are making a large scale windsock which is primery system to know about wind speed.

we are makeing a system which tells us the wind speed at the digits on display. 

we are using a anemometer which gives us the rpm and we will convert this rpm to the wind speed through the arduino programming
