In pakistan pre harvesting and post harvesting process are done manually with the help of labour .This manual process is time consuming and less efficient.Our system mape this manual system into automated by applying Ai algorithm then the work will be error free and efficient.
Project Objectivesfoollowing are the key objectives of this project
- automate the fruit grading and sorting system
- make the grading fast and efficient
- reduce time and cost involved in grading/sorting of fruits
- improve the quality of fruits delivered to market
standard research methodology will be followed to develop the algorithm
- literature survey, studying existing techniques
- reproducing the results of multiple algorithm from existing techniques to gain better understanding.
- incorporating new ideas and combining multiple techniques to improve the resutls
- develop a production ready software application for proof of concept
This system replaces the traditional classification of fruit into automated so labour cost is reduce and more efficient.Different worker classify same fruits through different class but our project will work in centralize environment.
Similary our project will avoid mixing of good fruits with damage fruits.So there is no loss of money and product.
Technical Details of Final Deliverablefinal deliverable will be a software system, trained using machine learning/artificial intelligence techniques on a large data set. user of this application will be able to get classification/sortig resutls by submitting/uploading images of their choice.
