This serves them extra costs and also risk for sensitive data. Many organizations using a data archiving approach to keep track of paperwork and other confidential. This makes it quite simple for administrators to manage the files smoothly. Data Archiving and Digitalization system plays an important role for organizations to archive their data which is important for the organization but not currently used. This project is directly proposed by NHA (National Highway Authority) with the major requirement of data digitalization. That will help them to manage their data easily and to secure it. The data will be converted to digitalized form as their scanned hardcopy of the documents or data. Data that is already in use by the organization will also be managed by this software. These hard documents are difficult to manage and most of them are not in good condition to use for official use. To make it secure and used for the future and easy to maintain. The data will be stored on cloud servers which cost low and easy to maintain. This software compensates for the no paper policy and used them future use for a longer time. Local servers used for storage will help immune to cyber –attack. As digitalized data is easy to maintain and easy to back-up the data.

Project Implementation Method

The project will follow-up by using the waterfall methodology for completion. In this methodology, the requirements are specified at the beginning and do not need to change with time. As one phase is completed then we need to transit to another phase. As there is no need to revise the system, requirements are identified. Benefits of the Project

Document archiving is securely storing the information both in digital and paper format that not use regularly. This stops losing data and ensures access to the authentic user. Procedure includes data to be organized and easy to access. Saves the storage space in offices. This makes it quite simple to help the business meet the legal requirements for auditing. The documents are more secure as only authorized access will be available. The file tracking will help to manage the system and being safe from any attack. Whenever the documents updates the system will help to manage the versioning control this helps to prevent the duplication of data. This place a more controllable system as every move will be seen by the administration. This system provided the flexibility to archive the documents they will be categorized according to their department so the user will only be able to access its domain.     

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

To accomplish the system needs some tools will be required. This will help to implement the system as needed by requirements. There are different tools for implementing websites and managing the back-end. Some premium software outlets charge a fee each year. As a PhpStorm, they provide services every year. There will be also a need for purchasing web hosting and web domain for the website to publish
