COVID-19 has become a global pandemic issue, it has bad effects on the health, economy, and population of the
world. As Chest X-Ray is emerging as a valuable diagnostic tool for clinical management of COVID-19.
Artificial intelligence (AI) has the power to detect and aid in the fastest evolution of X-Rays for the detection of
COVID-19 findings. So, we are working on the autonomous COVID-19 detection from X-Rays Images using
well know models of deep learning, we will use multinational datasets and train those using different techniques
and algorithms of deep learning. And we will implement this using the web Application. This will be helpful for
the society, beneficial for the country, and can reduce the cost of testing the people for COVID-19, because a
simple detection application will tell the patients are either COVID-19 positive or not, also it will diagnose for
lungs diseases. This is developed because almost 90% of people are using mobile phones and they can easily
access the web application and test themselves by giving an X-Ray image as input, the system will also detect
other lungs diseases too.
AI has emerged in everyday life so that AI-based algorithms can readily identify X-Rays scans with COVID-19
associated with any other diseases, as well as distinguish non-COVID-19 patients with high specificity in diverse
patient populations.

Project Objectives

After the completion of this project we will be able to solve the problem of testing the COVID-19 Patients, this
the project also covers many other aspects including:

Easy use of web application to test whether the person is COVID-19 positive or negative.
Time-saving, is the most important feature of our project because in the hospital centers there are many
long queues that wait for their turn to go for the testing.
Inexpensive web application compared to Test kit prices, our project can save the cost of test kits and
can give the results accurately and comparatively better.
24/7 Availability anyone can use it anywhere.

Project Implementation Method

Agile is a common project management methodology based on fast, continuous improvement. Originally popularized by software developers, this strategy has been adopted by all types of teams and industries. Agile uses sprints, which are short project cycles, to continually release enhancements to products or services. The flexibility of sprints allows for last-minute changes and can result in a higher quality deliverable. Agile is best suited for project teams that need flexibility and speed (in comparison to Waterfall, which is ideal for teams that need a clear, fixed plan).

Benefits of the Project

Effective screening of COVID-19 enables quick and efficient diagnosis of COVID-19 and can mitigate the burden on healthcare systems. Prediction models that combine several features to estimate the risk of infection have been developed. These aim to assist medical staff worldwide in triaging patients, especially in the context of limited healthcare resources. We established a machine-learning approach that trained on records from 51,831 tested individuals (of whom 4769 were confirmed to have COVID-19). The test set contained data from the subsequent week (47,401 tested individuals of whom 3624 were confirmed to have COVID-19). Our model predicted COVID-19 test results with high accuracy using only eight binary features: sex, age ?60 years, known contact with an infected individual, and the appearance of five initial clinical symptoms. Overall, based on the nationwide data publicly reported by the Israeli Ministry of Health, we developed a model that detects COVID-19 cases with simple features accessed by asking basic questions. Our framework can be used, among other considerations, to prioritize testing for COVID-19 when testing resources are limited.
