Project Summary

Our project isn't just only related to Noval Corona Virus but also to the viruses that rises at different times in all over the world. And to protect ourselves from these viruses, one should assured about the safety of his/her health by keeping ourselves clean. And keeping this point of view in our mind, we are launching a product named Automatic HandWashing & Sanitization Machine. Its consist of the techniques which will be same towards every users who uses it. The product will be less expensive in building the complete market component.
Our projects mainly work on 3 algo;

1. Handwashing

2. Line Following Robot and

3. Temperature Sensing.

These all three are standalone system, whosoever needed any thing from above 3 also will be added to the product on demand.

Project Objectives

First Objective of our project is that those work that are done by human in which there’s a possibility and probability of error and mistakes that’s why we are converting this human system to an automated system. Because For instance, if 2 people washing their hands, then both will implement different ways in washing their hands. As World Health Organization (WHO) have mentioned a specific way of washing the hands in such a manner for some seconds with water and soap or liquid hand wash with water or with Hand Rub Alcohol that hands are completely cleaned from virus and germs. In our project, we are giving water and liquid hand wash and also Sanitizers so these will be implementing in such a specific way to rotate that everyone who will use our product to wash their hands or to sanitize them or check their temperature taking further advise. Their efficiency and ratio of every person will be same for all because of using our product that works on the WHO way of washing the hands. Second one objective is that Any person standing in front of this product or will pass form this product will instantly give temperature output of that person in runtime to overcome and to judge Covid in small scale of time. Those person who is suffering from Covid virus have the temperature already risen will have been doing two work at a time, one is tha hand wash AMD the second one is the the temperature is also sensed. Third main objective of our project is that these two work can be done in hall where they need to check the temperature in small span of time of many person then our project is to utilized in those areas effectively. Main objective is that our project will be easily available for all because its cost effective and those one who wants to purchase this product and wants any of the things mentioned above will be provided in the product on demand. so overall this system is:

.To ensure that hand of people is wash effectively without any contact with system.

• To ensure that run time temperature of person is being measured when hand wash system is in progress.

• To ensure that it will follow the line which we have instruct and also give sanitization in this case.

• To ensure that overall model with all three modules are working properly

Project Implementation Method

We are implementing our project in such a way that we keep a main factor in our mind that is Cost Effectiveness because we can use Respberry Pi in our project but the point came to where it started that using it, will rise the price of our product. That's why to make it cost effective we come to know to a microcontroller which will do the same work in same accuracy with same efficiency in less price which makes our product cost effective.
We have used different sensor to sense the different parameters as required and their outputs is then given to microcontroller after that to operate relay and with relay we control our motors, pumps, sensors, sink system, line following robots. We have interface these all things with each other unless they are added in a product as a complete one because these all are standalone system. And the outer of the product will be same in all cases.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Technical details of our project are:
1. Works on DC because there's no use of giving the power from DC battery, we have used AC to DC converter and will deal in all AC power. And if there's no power supply of AC, than it will work as DC battery will be attached beside the AC power supply.
2. Temperature Sensing is done by having different parameters like humidity, air etc. The sensor used will check the temperature ranges from 32-176 degree Fahrenheit with an accuracy of +- 1.5 Fahrenheit. And detects a human upto 7m distance. Works on a maximum dram rate of 10Hz frequency.
3. Relay are used in switching to control the project every small parts to complete it withing the specific time.
