There is no specific platform where software houses can collaborate with each other and people can’t find a real and suitable software house and apply for job. All these kinds of inconvenience lead us toward the delayed and hard to complete a project and if it is larger becomes hard and unable to complete. In case of big organization if they need to hire someone then it becomes difficult. In software houses if they need some help from other organization, they are unable to do this.

 To tackle all kind of these inconvenience these organizations and software houses can use our system which will give them an option to advertise job vacancy according to there requirement (a developer can get job according to his/her requirements and ability) and can make collaboration with each other in case of need and decrease their burden and can get help.

Every organization and administrator have a role in this system other people can see the job opportunities manage their profile. Organizations can post job according to their requirements and also post about their collaboration status, admin will allow the organizations to get registered and can also remove any one and can put fine in case of any unlawful activity and make every one to follow terms and conditions to run the system smoothly.

Project Objectives

Objective of this project is to develop a system in the light of above requirements and make organizations to advertise about their required job person or developer though this collaboration system and when organisation use this system, they need to pay charges them for its usage to make it more useable and reliable as well as successful as a marketplace.

In organizations user can search other organizations edit the information about their organization and can allow other to see about them and do work with them. Manage all kind of setting related too their software like light and dark mode privacy settings setting of working hours and days also their profile management vacancy availability. Administrator will allow organization to do work on this system and allow them to collaborate with others and also manage report and make changes in system accordingly.

Project Implementation Method

We use Iterative Water Fall model. Iterative Waterfall Model is the extension of the existing Waterfall model. Iterative waterfall gives permission to go behind on the previous step and modify the possible requirements and some changes can be done if required. This type of model decreases the developer's loads, effort and time needed to search out and resolve the errors.Even though, iterative model is extremely beneficial, there are few drawbacks and disadvantages attached to it, such as, each phase of an iteration is rigid with no overlaps. Also, system architecture or design issues may arise because not all requirements are gathered in the beginning of the entire life cycle. Other disadvantages of iterative model are:

• More resources may be required.

• Although cost of change is lesser, but it is not very suitable for changing requirements.

• More management attention is required.

• It is not suitable for smaller projects.

• Highly skilled resources are required for skill analysis.

• Project progress is highly dependent upon the risk analysis phase.

• Defining increments may require definition of the complete system.

By using our system in which we are providing connection between organizations following are some advantages of using our system.

Job advertisement by organization beneficial for them and for unemployed one as the need of developer are fulfilled as any developer or any other require person when join the organization through their advertisement as well as the unemployed person can easily get his skill related job by joining the organization through posts and advertisement on this platform.

To find out the required person for required work in an organisation some time its hard to find the correct person for correct place in any work field but this system of profile portfolio and ordering system will give the benefit of right person on right place not only that it also becomes quite easy for organization to hire that one person that best fits in their system and help them in their required work.

Make easy for organization to collaborate with each other as of our main goal of collab between organizations so that they can easily find the required organization as the old system of freelancing not providing this specific benefit and also not famous for this purpose as their main goal is to connect a single customer with a single developer and the concept of organization collaboration sems like odd one but this system as of its main goal to connect organizations will release this gap and make it easy and a norm to collaborate with organizations.

Organization can make announcement of their collaboration as open and close means that they will make it public or private when they are going to collab with other as by doing this the flaw losing customer will not present and privacy not get heart and this point also shows that when organization need for collaboration they make it announced and when they have extra staff they can share their work hour and if they aren’t they make it close and if they need they can search the open to collab organization.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

First, we enable all activities that enable the system for use. System process based on development, testing and monitoring. Based on requirements we develop all the activities and then test that they are fulfilling the requirements. The method which we use for built, test and deployment of new code will impact how fast the system response on changes of user preferences or requirements.
