Our Complaint portal specifically overcomes this issue.In the digital world it is very important to manage problem through digital way. The Mobile app and the Complaint portal for IT Services will accomplish this goal by implementing the complaint redressal service through mobile app.While visiting the ITSC, its analysed that manually is a very hectic for student as they are busy in tough time schedule of studies. That’s why we develop an online platform which facilitates the students. The whole FYP is a year-long process involving groups of students and their supervisors to accomplish a theme-based project. So, it is very necessary to employ the latest technologies in order to allow different users to contribute and communicate more efficiently.

Project Implementation Method

In our educational system the techniques of education and criteria changes with the passage of time that’s why changing are required in our project, so RAD is best in this type of situation. RAD models can be very successful when a quick delivery of a product is needed for a customer. It is also the best model to choose when there is going to be changes made to the prototype throughout the process before the final product is completed. Its non-linear approach allows for more flexibility in the instruction and can catch problems early in the development stages. Moreover, RAD reduces development time and costs.

Complaint portal for IT Services is the system which is used to efficiently manage the complaints which help in better management and solution of the problems faced by the students, faculty members and administrator related to Technology. In the digital world it is very important to manage problem through Digital Way that is through the Mobile application.Complaint portal for IT Services will have the mobile App through which user can register their complaint and can also check the current status of the Complaint registered by them.

At first this is done manually but now through mobile app system this work can be done more efficiently  and the advantage of this system can made available for Students, Faculty members it will not make user feel important but also it will keep the higher authority under check,so Complaint portal for IT Services will help in overall development. Also to facilitate user with problems and then perform a good complaint management and at the end annual report will generated so that complainers end up satisfied.

We present a specific system to facilitate the students who are facing some complaints or issues related to IT. Complaint portal system can significantly reduce the students complaints or issues. The complaints are handled and solved by admin and admin will show status notification of complaints to the user. Our system will provide convenience for students.
