Automation System helps in automating and digitizing clinic’s operations without any hassle, manage patients and medical records. It can help in medical billing, online appointments, payments and inventory management. The clinic automation system saves a lot of time and automates manual work. CLINIC AUTOMATION SYSTEM will maintain Patients Detail, Inventory, Staff, patients check in a day, doctor and fees detail, and online appointment. The system will also mark attendance of doctor and staff by tracing their location.

Project Objectives

• To manage easily the details of clinic, inventory, doctor, patients and bills.
• To easily schedule appointments of patients.
• To promptly remind patients for their appointments

Project Implementation Method

We would adopt agile methodology for the development of system. For the completion of project and deployment, it would take approximately eight-to-nine months. Project will be based on three modules.

• Admin
• Employees
• Patients

We will work on the database for saving information of the patient by using MSSQL, programming and scripting language are PHP, Java Script, Angular JS for web application. Android Studio will be used to make mobile application

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The System will compromise of three modules:

• Module A (For Admin): Admin panel to maintain web portal.
• Module B(For Employee): For data entry and record generation
• Module C(For Patients): For booking appointment , view reports

The main function of the system is scheduling of appointments and their reminders alert. Moreover Maintaining of the patients records. The surveillance of the clinic is also done through cameras. The “Wireless 2MP IP Surveillance Cameras with 2TB Hard disk” are fixed in the clinic for the surveillance of the clinic the footage will be displayed on the “Smart LED Display Screen”. It helps in the surveillance of clinic.
