CLASS SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Management and students face a variety of difficulties in most educational institutions, such as: slowness and misallocation of course units, lecture hours, lecture spaces, practical sessions, and they often find it impossible to render changes of the time tables perfectly because they do not always assign those course units, the names of lecturers on the calendars, nor where others are assigned, there is always collision in different lectures, tests or examinations. This results into failure of some students to have specific lectures according to the semester course outline or re-scheduling of specific tests or examination papers. This causes the Class Schedule Control System to assign individual courses to lecture and review rooms. The problem that schools currently face is the management of classes.
The teacher does not handle their duties well here, and sometimes the lessons are not put on time. There is no pursuit of the proportion of learners who are required to learn the program. Handling the work of teachers and organizing courses is the greatest obstacle. Sometimes, the pupil does not remember the marks the student gets on the exam of kindergarten, since the instructor can not be certain whether the student goes to school.
The proposed systems will be built to address the timetable issue faced by universities every academic year and to reduce the high cost and poor turnover involved in producing nearoptimal timetables. The framework will has the capacity to provide information to the different classes, lecture halls, departments, services, facilities, lecturers and the identification of some of the restrictions on which the timetable is based. The suggested time-setting system for this project will attempt to produce an optimum solution.
The project is a software application that can potentially be accessed by multiple institutions, companies and corporations. This is a simple case of an allocation problem. The thesis involves the construction of a program that can effectively schedule a kindergarten time table. The creation of a booking system, which can automatically disperse resources, should follow the prototype of this work. By using the Genetic Equation, these properties are distributed dynamically. The main aim of this project is to solve timeline problems with the use of genetic algorithms and, more specifically, with evolutionary computation processes.
The actual distinction between this experiment and the other that occurs in the Faculty of Science is that the timeline does not overlap and that it is more effective and easier to prepare using the concept of the Genetic Algorithm. This software project is a class management system. It consists of all the data management and storage facilities that are required for effectively managing a class or tuition teaching multiple courses and subjects. It consists of multiple teachers and faculty accounts along with their payment status. The system helps in effectively managing and scheduling batches of students as per their courses and exam priorities. The class management system allows the administrator to view and edit data as required. Administrator is notified of various events as and when needed. All this functionality ensures no errors and effective management of Class.
Primary Techniques
Primary data were collected by means of systematically prepared for to get information about Institute, Teacher, Students, Rooms, Subjects and Courses and add some counseling techniques for availability.
Secondary Techniques
? Document Analysis: This technique gives us the information on how the existing system works. These for documents related to the existing system of the organization will be evaluated.
? System Analysis and Design Techniques: In this project, we will use Object Oriented System development methodology (OOSD) for design. This technique has several phases some of them are:
1. Object Oriented Analysis (OOA): We will use this phase to model the function of system and identifying the relation between them.
2. Object Oriented Design (OOD): In this phase, we will use the soware to clarify the model of our project.

The framework has the capacity to provide information to the different classes, lecture halls, departments, services, facilities, lecturers and the identification of some of the restrictions on which the timetable is based.
The suggested time-setting system for this project attempts to produce an optimum solution. The system contains all the updated information of the faculty like their personal details, salary details, lectures details.
The system also maintains timetable of all the lectures being conducted every day.
The system regularly notifies the admin about payment dues, faculty contract renewal, fees date, student or batch fees payment date and other useful events.
This new system would provide the Hall Reservation facilities with details on the availability of the Hall Laboratories in the admins module. Lectures and students must register via TMSFIT before beginning to use the method. As a consequence, the protection is very strong, only the TMSFIT administrator can change the schedule. This project will have three modules that will be operated from three different roles:
? Admin: can add, edit or delete student, teacher, parent account. Admin can delete and publish notifications for Teacher, Students and Parents and also alter the time table
? Students: view Time Table, subject Marks, class routine and account information, can contact tacher and admin
? Parents: can view marks of their children, published notifications and news and offcourse time table
