The Campus Management System provides and integrated platform for managing educational activities, contorlling process flow, online access to information of the Campus events,results,notifications.It enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of the campus and helps to improve the good teaching qualities. This consists admissions, applications, access to the courses, managing attendance sheets of the employees, students and setting the online Quiz based Examinations. Students can register online no rush for the registeration in the placement of the departments, it manages various different types of events on going in our university and also track records of all the information regarding the students and teachers, employees those who are placed various departments of the university. It contains information about various cultural or technical or any sports which is supposed to be held soon.

The main aims of developing Campus Management System is:

- This portal manages the student details

- It manages Events details of the Camous

- It can be accessed through out the Internet in the Campus

- It Makes attendance easier by taking attendance online

- It is used to search the previous ;year events participants students name with their campus registered number 

- It has Email notifications/ Remainders, Report generators etc in the Campus

- It creates the easier way to access the record of the student like results, timetable, downloadable files with the help of internet

- It helps to improve the Examination methodology by Introducing the Online Quiz Examinations

- It is fully computerized system and it reduces the human efforts and saves the time consumptions

- It keeps tracking the records of individual students as well as faculty members

- It provides security to the sensitive information of the students, employees who use it.

- The CMS improves the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall organization and ultimately improves the quality of teaching and learning.

It is a web based management system of a university. The aim of this website is to save the statistics of students, faculty members.

There are multiple campus contributors in every branch. Each Faculty member can teach a couple of courses. Faculty member can access and read the portal to see which courses are assigned to him through the Head of the Department.

The statistics which a faculty member can get right of entry to include five non-editable attributes:

- Courses Assigned

Editable:

- Set Results of the Studentse

- Assigning the Assignments to the Students

Head of the Department

There are multiple teaching departments in university and every department is headed with the aid of a senior faculty member. The head of branch assigns the publications to the faculty individuals of his branch.

The Head of the Department can access the data of the member of his department  which consist of 6 non-editable characteristics:

- Faculty Member Designation

- Courses Assgined

- Salary

- Collective Salary of Department Employees

Editable :

- Assign Courses to the Faculty Members

Student

There are various students studying in various departments of the university, there different batches of the students . Students in this portal are registered with following non-editable attributes:

- Student ID

- Student Name

- Father's Name

- Department

- Batch

- Duration of the Degree

- Contact info

- Residential Address

Student can perform following functionalities:

- See and Submit Assginments

- Attendance

- Check his/her Results

- Check his/her courses (Semester based)

- Download required files 

- Communicate with Subject Teachers
