CMS is a web based application which is developed for effective management of complaints & it's records, reduce complaints processing time. It provides an easier way to coordinate, monitor, track and resolve complaints.

CMS consists of two divisions ( Maintenance Complaints & Internet complaints). Each division has separate datebase.

There are three kind of users ( admin, complaint resolver, user). Each user has different privileges and permissions. 

There are various categories of complaints and the complain will be automatically directed to assigned complain resolver of that category.

Project Objectives

The above application has been developed with the goals of:

Effective Management of complaints.

Reduce complaints processing time.

Provides and Easier & comfortable way to monitor complaints.

Project Implementation Method

This Application will be implemented on the local server of PNEC-NUST.

Benefits of the Project

This Application will provide an easier way for users to launch, monitor and track their complaints as well as the processing time of Complaints will be reduced.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor),  CSS (Cascading style sheets)  , HTML (hypertext markup language ),MySql , JavaScript

Server requirements: Apache ,MySql  

Server software : phpmyadmin
