their employee data and also manage the Lead’s record this platform is also helpful for

agents. This platform will recommend the best-rated services of the field mentioned by the

customer. This application can be used anytime and anywhere user location doesn’t matter because we know that this application is web-based. No more manual work needs because this platform changes all the processes fully automated. There is a problem of finding and deleting data duplicates, which can be avoided by CallVio.

This application name CallVio is useful to maintain the record about the call center, agent, and user and store all the data on their database and the can manage all the leads record and also manage the attendance of the agent the system also manages all the client data in records. This application also manages the sale schedule.

This application will track all the sale records in different cities and also track the agent login details for attendance. This system will maintain the schedule of all the sales and send data agents to the vendor and manage all the sales automatically. And also manage the agent details and their salary information and other important details.

Project Objectives

One always wants to get the information and perform a task he/she/they desire(s) within a short period and too with the amount of efficiency and accuracy. The application areas for the computerization have been selected based on the following factors:

Project Implementation Method

CallVio will allow access the authorized user such as Agent, Call Center, Admin, etc. The access will be granted to modules according to the user’s role.  Some major functions system will perform.

• Callvio will authenticate users by letting users log in.

• Call Center will be able to register themselves self-according to their policy.
• User profiles will be maintained.
• CallVio will contain all the calls, customer data, history, etc.
• CallVio will provide sale records, salary information, reschedules sales, cancellation sales, attendance, and other bonuses.
• Attendance will be marked when agents login into the system.
• All the processes regarding sales will be managed by callvio no manual work is required.
