Project Area of Specialization Internet of ThingsProject SummaryA home automation system that is basically a smarter way to control home appliances. From automatic lights and fans to smart security system, home automation system comes with mind blowing control system. A home automation system makes the environment safer and secure with its enhanced security system. The home automation system is one of the greatest and advanced inventions in recent times. It aims to make our lives safe, secure and luxurious
Project ObjectivesThe project objective is to control the things that include fans lights detect gas leakage and also check room temperature and if temperature goes above from certain level then it will give us alerts and also we can control water motor and check the water level.

Benefits of the Project- Safety: Many home automation technologies fall under the umbrella of home securty. Consumers purchase these devices because they want to make their homes safer and more secure. Automated lighting thwarts would-be burglars, and motion sensor help people enter doors and walk hallways late at night Security cameras offer benefits through either remote monitoring of package deliveries or real-time video of home inhabitants or unwanted visitors.
- Convenience: Because home automation technology performs rote tasks automatically, end users experience great convenience. Lots of smart gadgets are compatible with one another, and you can set different triggers between devices to automate regular home processes. For instance, you could set your smart lock to turn on your smart lighting when you unlock the front door.
- Control: Consumers also choose smart home devices to better control functions within the home. With home automation technology, you can know what’s happening inside your home at all times.
- Comfort: Some people use smart technology to record shows or to play music throughout the home. Connected devices can also help create a comfortable atmosphere—they provide intelligent and adaptive lighting, sound, and temperature, which can all help create an inviting environment.
- Peace of Mind: Finally, many consumers invest in home automation technology for peace of mind. A new mom or dad can check on their little one thanks to smart cameras and other technologies. Or, if you can’t remember whether you closed the garage after you left, you can verify remotely with an app.
The initial list of external requirements from the stakeholders was generalized and adapted to the language of the reference architecture. This was achieved in extensive collaboration between WP1 and WP6, taking into account feedback from external and internal sources. The resulting requirements are named as “unified requirements”. The resulting list of requirements gained in applicability and traceability regarding the IoT-A ARM. Besides listing the revised unified requirements, the deliverable documents new results from stakeholder workshops 2 and 3. The deliverable lists officially the first collection of internal requirements from the SotA and experts in the technical work packages for further discussion and refinement
