Project Summary

Though we live in the modern world of science where everything is working online yet in the world of today people have to go from hall to hall in order to arrange their function , they have to manage dates, compare the price of food with other halls in order to get the best option. This is very time consuming and there is also the uncertainty that when they have decided the hall it is no longer available.
So, we want to develop an application that will enable the people to do all that without getting out of their house and with complete efficiency of time. The application will help people in getting the complete idea of halls available, their dates as well as the rate of food per head.

Project Objectives

The main objective is to creat such a user friendly system that allows the user to book a hall for any event with complete ease and allow user to compare different halls ,check their availability and book as per the user’s requirements

Project Implementation Method

In first phase we collected data regarding all halls in our area
In second phase we conducted surveys regarding user requirements 
In third phase we completed database , erd and completed the form in which we will elist data
In final phase we are developing the application

Benefits of the Project

All details about all of the registered halls will be available at one platform the user will not have to visit each and every hall separately and can easily compare different halls , check their availability and book as per their requirement all while being at their homes or workplace without having to get out of their seats

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The user will create account 
The account would created in database and user will be assigned id 
The user will select available hall choose menu and proceed for payment 
Once all hall has been booked it will be marked booked in the application 
The user can compare different halls as per their requirement 
Once this all is done , the user will proceed to payment and pay.
