This application will be based on the latest technology named ‘Block Chain’, which is a decentralized network and has significance in many fields so freelancing market has also started using it, to make application and website more secure in regard to transactions and users data. This will solve issues such as fake reviews, late payments or lack of schedule flexibility. This distributed autonomous job market will self-regulate itself and offer a secure and efficient medium through which employers and freelancers can contact each other. This will change how people overall do their work as well as improve the flexibility of their working program. There will be different payment methods where one can pay through E-wallet (crypto currency), cash on delivery or through banks. To make this application more easy and accessible for all we took an initiative to provide an option of English as well as Urdu language. It’s cheaper than many other such websites as it will only charge 2% from the job seeker and put posting a task is completely free of cost.
This will work simply by creating an account as a hirer or job seeker, then there will be different categories (Education and training, House Chores, Mechanic, Electrician, Engineer, HealthCare, Doctor, Designer, office and admin support, Finance, Human services, Transportation, Car services, Hospitality and Tourism, Non-profit and welfare, Fashion and beauty, Content developer, Marketingetc.) divided into sub categories according to their domain in which one is interested to hire or to seek for job or just search what you are looking for. Simply post your task, date and details after that interested people will poke it, then you can directly message them for further more details after viewing their profiles based on ratings, reviews, hourly rates, country and language to check if they are eligible and trustworthy for your task not only this but hirer can also directly contact the trustworthy freelancer. Job seekers are also able to make reviews on the completed tasks. You can check the history of all the task that you have assigned from navigation bar and the job seekers can view all the jobs they have completed, requested, interested and their profile status or reputation.
It will have a discussion panel where you can take or give advice totally free from huge group of people and offer individual assistance when needed, and gain more access to a wider advertising and marketing public. From payment section they can easily manage all their payments and E-wallet and where to invest their money afterwards.
