It would be a secure system that ensures educational records remain immutable. These could be relied upon by prospective educational institutions and recruiters, who can be provided access to relevant records. The current portals or LMS for student assessments are working on Moodle or ILIAS system. In these systems, the data are centralized on a single RDBMS which becomes vulnerable for anyone to access by getting into the database breaching the data privacy. This can lead to changes in the assessments and results of the students. Moreover, these techniques are a little old according to the day-to-day technology. The solution to address this issue is to make data decentralized with the help of blockchain as it ensures the record becomes immutable and makes the portal secure enough to provide transparent record management due to peer-to-peer collaboration between teacher and student. Like open safe browser which is an open-source kiosk-type browser to restrict users from any kind of background activities during quizzes and different assessments. The main part is to create an application like this that is accessible to every single student on their devices. The chosen technology for this is android smartphones as they are more common among users than iOS devices.

Project Implementation MethodThe agile methodology will be best for this project because it is a quite long project and will require many changes according to the end-users satisfaction. Therefore, there will be 4 sprints of this project. The work will be divided according to the capabilities of team members for efficient working and a proper timeline will be followed for this project. As there might be some risks involved in this project as blockchain is a new technology and a hot topic nowadays. Therefore, flexibility of time frame for different modules will be the main target. The final deliverable is built on blockchain and Android apps, allowing it to be used on a far wider range of devices than Computer systems. It will be used by students and the entire university staff to preserve a collection of records, such as students, professors, administrators, and so on. The records will be stored on multiple servers. Using blockchain technology, any unwanted alterations may be detected. Because this is a long project that will require numerous revisions based on the end-users satisfaction, the agile approach will be the ideal technique for completing it. As a result, this project will be divided into four sprints. For effective functioning, the work will be split according to team members' capacities, and an appropriate deadline will be followed for this project. Because blockchain is a new technology and a hot concept these days, there may be certain dangers associated with this project. As a result, the key goal will be to have a flexible time period for different modules.
