1 = admin.
2 = student.
3 = adminstration.
1 = Admin will get the accounts management.
2 = student will get two service apply request & collection document.
3 = administration will get also two service approve the request and provide particular document.

Project Implementation MethodWe're using agile methodology to create our proposed BDV System because it will have multiple Vendors, each of which will be completed in a separate Term.
The time will save and croud will less and equality will maintain into the document collection request and collection service after the creation of these project.
After the launching these project when any student need their document they will no any to come into the university for the collection and the for apply request.
they will just make an account on the site and apply their and make payment online.
after that can take the document from the collection service.
Technical Details of Final Deliverablewe are using ethirium bloack chain in these application & laravel 8 using for the management.
