Project Summary

Generally, blinds People are not participating in any online examination system without any personal help.

In existing blinds examination, they are using voice recognition techniques or use short keys in keyboard to identify the answers of the questions. The use of technology in special education helps break the barriers for people with disabilities and provide them with access to the most relevant educational programs.

We are developing online examination system using leap sensor. They are more easy way to give answers the question through voice and gestures.  The purposed system will and we are automatically calculate results and we are also build android app they are connected to our desktop app blinds people use mobile app to participate our examination system.

Special people also used this project at specific area like symbolic signs use for explanation about sentences and sings.

The proposed system also allows users (examiners/teachers) to add their questions to conduct the examination. The questions can be added easily by uploading a file. As the proposed system is online, result generation will be quick.

Project Objectives

  • Facilitate to more easy way to participate special people in exam.
  • Connecting leap sensor to our project for motion and signs detection.
  • Both desktop and android application connected to each other and they are use both side to participate our purposed system.
  • More voice reorganizations clear in android app using library in android studio.

Project Implementation Method

We are planning to use leap sensor in our purposed system. Leap sensor is a motion sensor used for sign language detection for deaf-mute impaired people. We will develop desktop and android applications that are connected to centralized MySQL database.

The proposed system will display the multiple choice questions and the radio buttons list. User are required to select one option for each question.

We will developed system in which visually impaired people to give answer through voice and deaf mute people use leap sensor to give the answers.

In our system use language and database.

  • Old system in which not use symbol detection and our proposed system they are both type of (deaf mute and visually impaired peoples) also participate in our talent hunt exams and wins different prices.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The final product we will develop both application desktop and android based they can only access authorized users.

This system to facilitate visually impaired and deaf mute peoples to more easy way to participate in any talent hunt exams.

The voice and signs language based examination system would improve the accessibility Of examination in distance learning for learners with visual impairment and deaf mute people, as well as other able-bodied learners.
