ATV Quad bike is used to implement the cleaning tasks, basis component such as Bush and Vacuum are used to perform the cleaning task. This project will be perfect for the narrow streets, providing the required amount of electric current to run the all the components. DC motor will be used for the working of the brushes and as well as for the designing the vacuum.

Project Objectives

The objective of this project is to present a more advanced and more cost efficient system for cleaning the roads.This project will make cleaning of narrow streets easy on a daily basis. This project is designed to work efficiently on bumpy roads as well as on flat roads.

There will be no need for a huge staff for this purpose; all this will be made possible for all the areas of Karachi with narrow streets. This project shall start all functions after hand push. It is convenient for transportation it could be used to clean any streets within the city

This would be a closed type cleaning; it could effectively avoid dusting environment, it is the compact form of truck mounted sweeper with some advancement

Project Implementation Method

The whole project is based on dc power only, in this project two batteries of 12V, 50AH are connected in parallel to give 100AH output that gives the total power output of 1200Wh, we have used a dc gear motor to which the brushes are connected to clean the streets and we also have designed a vacuum of 350 watts for the suction of the dust from the roads. This is the compact form of the truck mounted sweeper which are being used by the local government to clean the roads as the truck mounted sweepers cannot be carried to clean the narrow streets, so our bike based cleaning system is specially designed to perform the cleaning task in narrow streets.

This project will make cleaning of the narrow streets easy on a daily basis. There will be no need for a huge staff for this purpose.it will be more efficient, all this will be made possible for all the areas of Karachi with narrow streets.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

For the implementation of this project two batteries of 12V,50AH are connected in parallel  to give 100AH output that gives the total power output of 1200Wh,two brushes are connected with a 12V dc motor, Up down motion of brushes are also controlled to avoid any damage to the brushes. A 100watt solar panel is used to charge the batteries. On the other hand battery charger option is also given to charge the batteries. Battery safety is also taken into account to avoid overcharge condition that could damage the battery.???????
