“AutoSecure” System will provide a platform where the firearms of unauthorized persons are detected from camera feed and inform the authority automatically. Security is a very sensitive issue to handle anywhere in the world. People want to feel secure while doing business or at home.
Hiring security firms for protection is safe but chances of human errors are much greater than that of a machine. So, our project is to make a proactive system that will provide security to its user.
The sole purpose is to make human life safer. Our project will alert authorities automatically if any unauthorized person with gun is detected within vicinity of camera. The person under attempt to be robbed would not have to manually trigger alarm bearing danger of being shot.
The user login to system by entering his login credentials and after integrate the cameras with this security system, the cameras will start looking out for firearms and unauthorized person. In case of unauthorized person with gun, authorities will be alerted automatically.
With growth of any sort of business, security is a critical issue to be solved. The project “AutoSecure” is weapon detection software for detecting firearms from live video stream of CCTV cameras. The project mainly focuses on the detecting firearm, then analysing the person bearing firearm weather he/she is an authorized or unauthorized person and then alerting authorities in case of unauthorized person.
“AutoSecure” is a desktop application for 64-bit Windows Operating Systems, designed to help improve the security systems. Our software will be easy to use for both beginners and advanced level users. It features a familiar, well planned and an attractive user interface.
“AutoSecure” System has five main modules. In which admin can configure camera for spectating, View live stream of cameras, start or stop spectating(Start search for firearms), view segmented video and authority can confirm the segmented video.
project is being implemented in python. deep learning models are used for implementation purposes, such as YOLO and R-CNN.
biggest benefit of our project is enhanced automated security. People dont have to worry about human error. once activated, our project will take care of security without any human intervention.
A system taking live feed from camera. when a gun will be detected then facial recognition will be used to check if person is authorized or unauthorized. in case of unauthorized person software will alert authorities.
