Autonomus Supply and Surveilance Robot
Project Area of Specialization RoboticsProject SummaryOverview:
This project illustrates the concept of fully autonomous robot which is capable of sensing its environment without any human input. This autonomous system is capable of taking its decisions like automatic braking ,live steaming, moves fully autonomously from one point to the other with provided coordinates, hybrid solar charging system, and sending location in any case of emergency.
Project Applications:
This project can serve in various fields including restaurants, war zone areas, industries etc.
Project Design:
We aim to design an indegenious robot keeping the requirements and conditions of Pakistan to both operatable in inside and outside.
Project Limitations:
We esteem to deliver a best product but due to supply chain issues, we have found that some of the prebuilt items are stopped at China to be delivered worldwide. This implicate an increase in our effort and hence we have to develop a complete system, input , processing and output in the form of actuators at our own.

Research and Academic Objectives:
- To identify the issues in designing and developing the autonomous robots
- To analyse the conditions of inside and outslde and found suitable solutions proposed in research.
- To design a system fullfiling the requirements of the conditions
- To optimize the sensors for an efficient input
- To produce maximum throughput from the system in object recognition to object handling
- To overcome the problems associated with GPS module, PTZ camera, hybrid solar charging system and to rectify and implement them.
- To develop good skills in programming languages(C++) and exposure to various active and passive components, sensors in the field of engineering.
Commercial Objectives:
- To do a survey to the clients and collect information
- To do analysis and formulate a project plan
- To meet the requirements of the user and develop a quality produc
- To deliver the product on time
- To facilitate different sectors including industries, hospitals, military, restaurants etc
As this project is hardware and software interfacing project so the model we will use is the iterative model. All the project milestones are as under:
- Project Planning
- Data Collection
- Analysis of Data
- Preparation of Design
- Approval of Design
- Hardware Assembling
- Hardware Testing
- Software Developments and Testing
- Integrated Solution Testing
- Project Deployment
- Project Closure and Documentation
- User Manuals
