Project Area of Specialization RoboticsProject SummaryAn Automatic Cooking Machine includes a multi-ingredient dispensing system comprising of multi-ingredient mini receptacles, liquid dispenser and a solid ingredient dispensing selector motor underneath the receptacles with a operatable limit switch stopper. A limit switch Stopping a receptacle at dispensing position engaging dispensing selector motor to dispense the ingredient from that receptacle at current position. A Cooking section have a heating stove and a mixing unit at base. A Control Unit that is configured and electronically connected to motors drives of all sections, is configured to process a multistage cooking process and controls the dispensing selector motor, heat stove motor, mixing unit and liquid dispenser pumps.

This involves the complete fabrication of the project according to the design.
To perform tests on the Machine:
This involves the tests that will be performed on machine like cooking different dishes.
Project Implementation MethodRequirements:
Due to busy routine these days many people are worried about cooking meal. They have to compromise on home cooked food and prefer to consume food from markets which have different levels of spices that can cause diseases. In order to get delicious home cooked food in less time with less effort automatic cooking machine is the best solution.
Design:
Design of the project involves the CAD and electronics designing of the project. For CAD designing Creo Parametric 3.0 will be used and for eletronics designing Proteus 8.0 will be used. Mechanisms like gas valve closing and opening,stirring,ingridients pouring will be designed with the help of softwares.
Fabrication:
After the succesful design of the project,the next step will be it's fabrication. The project is to be fabricated by using different materials like wood and steel. Different servo motors,DC gear motors and sensors will be used in the project.
Testing:
Different dishes will be cooked on this project and their results will be checked.

Technical Details of Final DeliverableThe Final Delivered project will be able to cook various dishes like noodles,biryani and a vegetable dish.It will have fully automatic control like pouring ingredients into cooking pot,gas valve control,stirring control will be automatic.Initially User just have to load ingredients into their specific containers as mentioned in the dish ,manually and then have to press a key to start the automatic process.
