The system will also make it easier for the staff to keep record of every desired form of data required by school and will allow them to be more efficient in keeping it maintained. Security of the content is an of utmost priority because data in form of hard copy is vulnerable to number of issues but a soft form data, with proper measures is much more secure than any other form.
