Manual work is taken over the robot technology and many of the related robot machines are being used extensively also. Here represents the technology that proposed the working of robot for motorway cleaning. This motorway cleaner robot can work in any of two modes i.e. “Automatic and Manual”. All hardware and software operations are controlled by microcontroller. This robot can perform sweeping and mopping task. Bluetooth module has been used for wireless communication between mobile app (manual mode) and robot. This robot is incorporated with ultrasonic sensor for obstacle detection and in case of accident. Six motors are used, two for cleaning and Four for wheels. Dual relay circuit used to drive the motors one for water pump and another for cleaner. In the automatic mode robot control all the operations itself and change the lane in case of hurdle detection and moves back. In the manual mode, the mobule app is used to perform the expected task and to operate robot. In manual mode, RF module has been used to transmit and receive the information between mobile App and robot and display the information related to the hurdle detection on App. The whole circuitry is connected with 12V battery.
we are also using the same machine for home cleaning and mopping is also used in home cleaning.we are trying to make it multi purpose for home for road and for parks in future.
