Project Area of Specialization Artificial IntelligenceProject SummaryMany forms of technology have benefited from the improvement of Artificial Intelligence. There is also work done on human fitness in this field. However, the health field needs more to improve. Due to Covid, our lifestyle is completely changed. Now we are facing more issues related to our fitness and mental health. The ultimate goal of our app is to use AI base fitness and health tracking system that will give a proper solution to the existing issues. The app will provide proper tutorials about fitness and also track user health in real-time using Ai. The feature of disease detection is also used. The disease is detected by using the retina of a person's eye. The users don’t miss out on the daily workout, daily remainder is also set to keep them reminded of their exercise. For the detection of the pose whether it is correct or not Ai is used. The chatbot is also made for handling repetitive tasks and events with a similar pattern. At the end of every month, a Monthly report about the user progress is also generated so they can keep track of their record.

We will use:
- Data sets (from Kaggle)
- Android Studio
- Kotlin (language)
- Pose net / Tensor Flow library (to detect pose)
- Xampp
- SQL Server
- Php storm
- This will help the people to do exercise at home.
- As we use AI in building our app this will help the user to detect their pose whether it is correctly done or not.
- This app can be used by a variety of domains to take tests of the participants.
The final mobile application will be delivered to the department with some pre-saved tutorials of exercises with Ai functionality to detect the pose. The customized diet plan is also offered to the user based on their body mass. A goal tracker is also used to track the fitness of users if he/she misses their exercise.
