Accident Identification System
The accident identification system project helps us to alert about the occurrence of accident of vehicle that means the accident is done with the vehicle, therefore this alert message will be send to the Police or Ambulance or helping center or any other predefined number with the location of accident, and the location is in the form of Google map link, therefore this is project also serves as vehicle tracking.
This project is Arduino based using GPS (Global Positioning System), GSM (Global System for Mobile Communication) and Ultrasonic Sensor. Arduino controls this whole process, GPS that helps to send the location the of accident by detecting the coordinates like Latitude and Longitude of location, where GSM is used to send the alert message to the predefined number and it contains a SIM card port where we add a SIM card. The Sonar sensor detects object which too much closest to the vehicle in defined space or area, this whole process is read by Arduino, and Arduino checks about the occurrence of the accident, if there is any accident then Arduino reads coordinates by the GPS module and send message to the predefined number when the message is sent then LCD will display that message has been sent. When the message has been received, that also contains a Google map link, then we only need to click the link that gives the location of the accident, so that location of the accident can easily be tracked.

We are implementing this project with both the hardware and software. In hardware we are taking Arduino UNO, GSM(Global System for mobile communication) module, GPS(Global Positioning System) module, Ultrasonic sensor, LCD display, Alarm, Network SIM card & connecting wires.
Where in the software we are using Arduino software and C++ Programming language.
This project will serve as detecting the accident along with the location of the vehicle when and where ever it occurs.
Besides, it will help us to provide emergency services to the injured one in order to save one precious life.
Our system will detect the occurrence of the accident with its location in the form of a google map link, and after the occurrence of the accident, our system will automatically send an emergency message to the nearest help center or any other predefined number or family member so that emergency actions should be taken in order make once life secure from big injury or loss.
