In the recent era, the process of buying and selling property has been one of the most hectic and time-consuming tasks. Nowadays, Information Technology playing a critical role in every field of life especially in e-commerce and becoming most important as compared to other fields, working from home is the major feature of this field. You can buy or sell property online, hire different online assisting services regarding infrastructure development, buying and selling. It provides easiness to buyer or seller to sell or buy their asset. Zameen.com is already existing system like it. Zameen.com does not provide direct communication way between buyer and seller. The project will serve with versatile business opportunity for freelancers, businessman and end user along with a great help in eliminating the communication gap between buyer and seller. In our app there are two types of users, the one who want to buy property and the other user who want to sell their property or sell their services. You can also avail the services of architecture developer, painter, and designer. The native advantage of our app, end users/consumers can easily sell and buy Property. Ordinary user or person haven’t any need to visit multiple sites, our app will facilitate them to work at one platform. Application is also equipped with the online payment methods like easy paisa and jazz cash to facilitate our end users. This proposed system not only eliminate the complexity of systems but also increase the discreetness of systems which make the whole process less time-consuming and easy, it will also provide user friendly interface and environment. By developing a solution, user will be able to complete the work needed to be done. Furthermore, users can perform multiple tasks on a same platform like buying, selling properties and freelancing. We will use android studio to develop our application.

Project Objectives

1. Our Proposed application will provide a platform for users to sell and buy property.
2. Our application will also allow the user to hire architecture developer and order online for painter.
3. The architecture developer will register themselves to provide service to the client. This will help in reducing unemployment.
4. Our application will keep the record of behavior of service providers that will help the user in placing the order to the right person.
5. Our suggested system will work as a bridge between the client/user and service provider, and both will get benefitted.

Project Implementation Method

1. Using application, we are making a community in which seller, buyer and service providers will be connected with each other. And in this way, buyer will get help while the service provider will get an order.
2. The app will allow the buyer and seller to register themselves.
3.  It will also allow the service providers to get registered to provide the services.
4. The map will be shown in app in which property places will be marked according to your requested location.
5. The app will also allow the users to order online for property or services from service providers according to your need.
6. Our app will keep the record of behavior of service provider in the form of comments and five-star reviews that will allow the user to place order wisely.

Benefits of the Project

1. Users don’t have to go to multiple sites for multiple services. This system provides multiple services related to Real Estate Builders and contractors along with architects in single platform so users will be able to save their time and effort, because time is money.
2. Architects can earn by selling any service and earn easily from home.
3. Formers can put their agricultural lands on rent or sale.
4. Customers or Real Estate Agencies can upload contracts and construction tenders.
5. Clients or Customers can easily sell and buy Property through this system from their home.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Final deliverables will be an android-based application in which users can avail the services of buying and selling the properties and will also provide the freelancing platform.

There will be two types of user accounts.

1. Seller and buyer

2. Freelancer

If anyone want to sell and buy their properties or avail the services of freelancing, he/she will visit the app and users can login their account as seller and freelancer.

Seller can post related information about properties which he/she want to sell. Buyer can see information about seller and his/her properties details. He can interact with the seller through our app and satisfy their thoughts regarding to the property details. Seller can delete their post or update the properties details easily and also change the profile that make it flexible. Once the seller post will be published all the users who want to buy properties can see the post. All the users who want to buy can navigate to the location of the seller.

If someone want to provide his/her services, he/she can login the account as freelancer. If someone want to avail the services like architecture and painter, he/she can contact with the freelancer. Freelancer can upload their profile in which they will show their expertise and can upload his/her previous work. Customer can see the freelancer portfolio that help the user to choose the best freelancer and can give them feedback after completion the task.
